I have a few videos uploaded in youtube and the same on metacafe and I've got more views from metacafe

Just upload the same videos with the same descriptions and tags

Try pointing the offers out using the annotations feature. Make it sound as if they don't click their missing out.

No, thats it.

People see watermarks on youtube everyday, so naturally they look right past it. By using the annotations they will take you more serious, maybe it's because so many of them use it to update their clips.

I doubt you will make 1k / day unless you really are extremely lucky and fing a goldmine niche, or you upload hundreds of videos.

I am new in the youtube marketing thing.
I uploaded only 1 video about nokia 5530 describing there features.I got 3000 views in 3 days and i put a ringtone offer in video and also put the offer in video description but i did not get a single click or lead.What i am doing wrong?
