There's too many variables and factors involved for a relevant answer, to be honest, but we do display EPC (earnings per click) information in the Stats view for all your campaigns/trackers. We pay $2.50 - $3 PPL (pay-per-lead) on cam offers generally, but right now we're running a $4 PPL promo.

I am currently with another affiliate network, but their link to the cam site is extremely fake and corny, and I understand you guys work with MFC? We typically make a decision on application in 24 hours (business hours). So if an application was submitted on a Friday afternoon, Approval would likely go into Monday assuming there was no problems with the application!
