First, my apologies, James. I see the report did indeed end up in my spam folder.

Overall, I'm impressed with the service. I ordered the large pack and received the final report as an excel spreadsheet. The PR 4 blog post was surprisingly well written and the link was placed naturally in the text. As for the Web 2.0 backlinks, they're all as described and look legit. It's worth noting that I used this service on a new site and only used brand/raw URL anchors to develop a good foundation for further SEO. I've yet to see any SERP changes, but that's to be expected as the package wasn't bought strictly for ranking purposes per-se. Plus, I've only just received the report. It will be interesting to see the effects in the coming weeks. The 20 additional links to compensate the small TAT delay are appreciated, James.

Review:
report was received 11 days ago. Tier1 links are mostly not indexed yet.
Some links in tier1 are nofollow, noindex so they're useless, but extra links were provided. tier2 links look good, yet they need to be indexed.

It's too soon to see any serp but I expect some boost out of this as my main keyword has low competition (only 200.000 sites include this keyword).

I ordered this service mainly to test its effectiveness.

Will report back in 3 weeks. If there'll be no movement then these links are not effective.
