Ok so it's review time. Placed a order on March 2nd, Gave only a vague idea of what I wanted since my artistic side sucks. Within 24hrs I received 4 different concepts with 3 variations of each. They all looked great but needed a revision since one of the graphics didn't fit my site. Received 2 more variations with changes and picked the one I liked and shortly after received my final files.
