What is the "time frame" for this? You say in the refund policy you refund if you don't deliver in the time frame, but you don't specify it... Interesting way to scam people off, I guess...
Why don't you answer people's questions as well? I see you only quote the "order placed" posts and the "reviews". How about answering questions about unique domains and whatever people ask you? Seems like a horrible support, if it can be even called that...
