Best way to withdraw PayPal funds

Hello fellow BHW'ers,

I recently tried to link a Payoneer bank account to my US PayPal account without success. Eventhough I had read many places that it would be impossible I thought it was worth a shot since some people insisted that it does still work. Now it looks like I'll have to resort to a different plan to withdraw my funds from Paypal.

My current plan is to:

1. Buy virtual money with my PayPal money.
2. Exchange it for cryptocurrency. (Buying cryptocurrency directly from PP is against PP's policy)
3. Sell the cryptocurrency with Payoneer.

My question is if there is a better method to retreive my money from PayPal; is my current plan efficient?

Ps. My real personal and business account are permanently limited and I want to avoid taxes, so using my normal bank accounts wont do.

Link it to someone else like family or friend from other country and accept money on their foreign account.

Safest solution is to ask some friends to make paypal and send them part of money and they can withdraw to their bank accounts.
In short split your withdraws.

This would require me to convince another person to put themselves at risk and me to trust them.

All the "normal" ways of withdrawal are out the window I think.

Well if you do not have any family or friends who can help you, or your money is dirty, then use some money laundering tactics, one of them like you mentioned is buy bitcoins etc.

I had problems linking my Payoneer with US Paypal as well, but after i conctacted support they helped me out and i linked it. Have you tried contacting support?

Why you not use legal way your own bank.

I would say to try here. You can find a person who'd be willing to accept "payments" from your account and you can be reimbursed in a different merchant account (skrill/stripe etc) that you both have and you are able to withdraw from.

It's something to think on.

If you don't have US bank account, I would say to connect you credit card and withdraw to it. *5$ per 2500 fee
