Do you guarantee these OBL values? Because I've used lots of other services here, saying "LOW OBL" and I ended up with comments on pages with 1800+ OBL. So, "Average OBL" means the total OBL for all comments placed/number of comments. Do you GUARANTEE this avg value will be between 20 and 50?

What's the delivery time for this? "fast delivery time" doesn't say anything, it could mean a few hours, a few weeks or a few years, depending on whatever you measure it against.
