Any advice for building PBNs using newly registered domains? As in, domains with zero DA and zero PA. Has anybody here done this successfully before?

It seems like a much cheaper option. You can pick relevant keyword domains and start things fresh. Sure, you won't get as much linkjuice power as buying expired domains, but you can manually add backlinks to each domain, albeit it'll be a lot of work. I'm also not looking to rank quick - this is for long-term purposes. That said, is 3 months enough to build a good PBN using newly registered domains?

Well linkjuice and authority is everything. 1 link on a website with a bit of authority can be worth more than thousands of links on low authority pages.

You can start fresh but then you will have to build up authority in your PBN first and then use them to link to your moneysite but that's a really long process. That's why it's better/cheaper/faster to buy domain with authority :)

Why not go more cheaper and regester some free newly created Web 2.0 s and then power them up to pass some juice .

The Overall game is to pass as much juice as you can .

Not worth the time and money you spent to create links to your PBNs which are fresh and new.

You can definitely do it. I've personally done it with EMD's for product names or Long Tail Questions, then have an informative article with banner ads filtering traffic to your money site.
You should look at these for relevance + traffic, as opposed to link authority.

You can make ur own PBN but its gona take a long time to see anysort of results i think ur better off using ur time towards finding relevant domaind.

There are people who used fresh domain for a PBN and it worked great but it requires a lot of work, time and money.

Fresh domain always works in PBN, but you need to be calm for the time consumption in it.

You can do it but you have to create good backlinks to your domains carefully. Also time is a factor here.

Buy expired domains to build PBN, fresh takes a long time.

SEO FOX is right OP, new ones will take time. However, if u have time then u can use this option and treat every PBN site as a money site to build quality backlinks, authority and trust. But, at the same time you can also find (and use too) some good metrics domains at low prices. Try a mixture!

Yeah you can go for that option as well. I bet you can rank easy-medium competitive keyword using that PBN (30-50 sites) in around 6-8 weeks. All you'll have to do is to take care of your new PBN domains with respect to social signals and Web 2.0 Links.
