Can you monetize videos where you play another video and comment on it? Like Mark Dice or The Young Turks, when they play a clip then comment?

I really don't want to get my Adsense banned so I'd like to know, thanks!

Like a reaction type of video? I'm sure you can. I would link that youtubers channel/video in the description so at least they are getting something out of it. There are plenty of videos like you are describing and are being monetized.

Yeah basically, I figured it would be okay because so many different channels do this. However I was unsure if I could use things like news clips, cell phone clips of events, other youtube channel's videos, etc.
