I want to know the price of a website that has 53.000 daily visitors.
Domain Authority : 50
Page Authority : 58
A second website (linked to the first one, just in another langague (for example first one is in English and second one in Deutsch) with Domain Authority : 34
Page Authority : 38
Daily visitors : 1000

What is the value of those websites?

That depends on how much (if any) money is made from these sites. Traffic is not worth much if you can't monetize it.

It all depends. 53,000 daily visitors to a site that monetizes with Adsense and the niche is Mesothelioma is probably worth a lot more than one whose niche is Celebrity gossip or funny cat videos. Also, how those visitors are sent to the site matter as well. Then, you need to take how much income is currently earned by the site (this is actually the first thing to consider but I didn't put it first because its a no-brainer). Finally, after those considerations are made, you can look at the stats you provided and get an idea of what its worth. However, the stats you provided alone are pretty much worthless for an even reasonably close valuation.

The value is what someone else will pay for it. All you need to do is find someone that is a salesman and you can dump it on someone else.

That is a lot of costs! Is that including PBN hosting costs or something as well? If I were you I would figure out a way to bring down those costs, raise profit margins and then sell it. I just don't see how its possible for that site to be so expensive to keep running.

The net profit, but in this case you need to sell it with all the traffic source, if it's from a facebook page for exemple you need to make a package with it

I'm not the one who want to sell the website, I want to buy it, about the website running costs, that's what the person told me, cloudflare Business plan is 200$ per website, and the website work with a montly cpanel subscription and other tools..

Those expenses are hella high for that level of income in nearly every niche (assuming it's not paid traffic). I'd suggest telling him/her to work on that first. If he/she does that, they might not want to sell it.
