How many threads you saw where the name of the thread have NOTHING to do with the post? I think it should be considered an infraction and the OP to get a warn. I'm not talking about blackhat lounge, which I think it should be free.
I'm pissed of threads like:

Thread name: How to make $10 a day
Post: Help me to earn $10/day

Thread name: free "x"
Post: From wher can I get "x" for free?

All retards have something to ask but they are making the thread name to look like an afirmation to get more attention and I think we should stop this shit...

I assume you're kidding. Being a mod requires no bias (not saying you're bias at all), patience, control, and dealing with cry baby members in a fair way. Infractions for wording threads wrong would lead to members without English as their native language hitting the 3 infraction ban really fast.
