1-its come random to your account if you canceled your account and order the same package you will get random ips not the same as old account

2-format of proxies ip+port,for example 177.24.12.30:8080

3-the proxies doesnt have username and pass its binding ips

1- Email Support is really slow you'll receive an answer after 2-3 hours minimum
2- Live chat support get live and turn off many times in an hour.
3- If you'll ask anything to Live Support they'll ask you to drop an email to Support team like they are not for your support lol
4- If you'll complaint that your support is bad they'll get more rude with you.
5- All of the IPs I'm checking with google are failing. All IPs are block for Google. Don't know how to scrap.

The good factor is Their price is really good. These are the suggestion I would like to give ProxyHulk

Hire some professionals for live support and for email support.
Give clean proxies to your customers.
Always respect your clients.

let me clear this points what you are mentioned

first of all you purchased Shared proxies not private proxies,you asked the support for give you guide how to use GSA and scrapebox and xrumer,they helped you and i have your ticket have everything included when you asked for refund and you got it in few minutes

1-about email support we have fast respond if you got late one hour or 2 hours in weekend this is not a big problem at least you got respond

2-Live chat is for general questions not for the support and its not obligate for live chat we stay 24/7 its extra option beside the ticket,so i dont know what you try to say about live chat

3-what is the problem if you open ticket and wait respond doesnt matter live chat solve your problems in seconds you have to creat ticket and wait the reply i think this is normal for everybody open ticket and wait the respond,you even do not know how to use GSA and asked the support for give you

4-what rude you are talk about we do not ever have rude support in our ticket they respect all customers,You can ask for refund your money because we have option 48 hours money back

5-our proxies not blocked by google its normal for shared package some of proxies got blocked for few hours and later its work again,even if you have your private ips from everywhere you will get blocked for few hours while you scrap proxies so is not a big deal what you talk about

as i said the live chat for general questions,its easy you open ticket and wait they answer you i believe we present a good support and help all our clients in short time
