I guess any VPS here on the Marketplace would work for you, something like GreenCloudVPS, Shape.Host, SolidSeoVPS.

The stats of the VPS depend on how many accounts you exactly wanna use. If you're only going to use 10 accounts you can even get away with the cheapest 1GB RAM VPS.

Nopw its only 1 GB bandwidth free per month and since he will do scraping too it will easily surpass that.
You can easily go with any 2GB RAM VPS listed in marketplace. I have used Serverhosh and Poweruphosting

I'm pretty sure that the bandwith is 15gb, or maybe more. I consumed more than 7GB per month, if I recall correctly

I don't use followliker, but I've had Mass Planner running on HostWinds for a few months with good success. Amazon's free VPS doesn't have enough resources to run more than 2 accounts on that.
