Hi guys, as you might now rankusnow.com had sale thread here in bhw but its closed for a 0.5 year now.
Does any one have some new reviews about this service?
I used it when it was still active here. 4 months of smallest package and nothing, just wasted 1k$.
Just wondering was there anything behind this hype or i should have just ordered some bigger package...
Is anyone using their service now?

Hey Mike.. strange one and yes not the right place - my inbox or perhaps the rankusnow support desk would have been better. They're still open, they simply don't have a thread here and IF you had an account in the past then you'll still be able to use it now.

Myself and the guys made a business decision to part ways, I wanted to focus on my blog.. that's the only reason the thread here on bhw is closed. They're still open though, it's business as usual and they're doing some great work! I believe Tony is planning to re-open the thread in his own name shortly. I'll be helping him out with blogger outreach positions when they do.

I replied telling you to open a ticket as we had no idea who you where from a forum nickname. This was almost 5 months ago.. the guys would probably have you ranking by now if you'd reached out then

I opened a ticket then, they offered me free consultation to make a seo solution that would be customized for my site, but at that time i didnt want to continue to pay for that service beacuse there where no movements. Maybe i discontinued to early, maybe i choose to small package etc... I had no intent to badmouth this service or anything im just telling my review. I think this is the point of forums to openly discuss stuff. I have had only good experience with you other services.
As the sale thread is closed i was just looking for new reviews about this service...

Back in september everything was great, their customer service was best i have came across in SEO world, there was always someone available for chat at anytime, they would try to contact me themselves to give me advice and recommendations regarding my seo campaign, i was blown away by that, i thought i have won seo jackpot finding company that actually cares whether you rank or not, very professional approach overall.

Then couple month later and up until now everything turned to shit. Long time to respond to support tickets, reports are not delivered at all, all i get is excuses and no increase in rankings.

Sorry to hear that Lauriat, reach out to them on their support or reach out to Tony (Moosey) there above you via PM if you're not getting satisfaction. Support is a big priority of mine.. I take it very serious as most people here know. Unfortunately I'm no longer a partner in the rankusnow, I haven't been for some time now, so I can't help on this occasion.

Roman and Tony did the same thing to me. I spent 9k and they didn't deliver anything. This wasn't through RankUsNow, but through XtremeRank and its the same owners. Just to calirfiy, t0mmy was in no way related to this though its was just Roman and Tony. Its been 8 months 9k spent and the second site since they ruined the first one and not one of them has been in the top 100 ranking, completely ridiculous. Every time I complain I basically get mocked and now they are saying they don't guarantee ranking but they've done next to nothing for link building. Lesson learned but be warned!

There is no way to submit a ticket on rankusnow.com. If you try to create a new ticket, it will go nowhere. I tried the chat on their website, email them directly which will bounce back, support system but no luck. I already cancelled two subscriptions with them. When tommy bounced, i should have cancelled the services right away. I was bit concerned when the rankusnow thread was closed and forum thread is the only way i keep track of services to make sure nothing crazy is happening. I wish threads would stay open so buyers can keep track and update others when things go downhill.

Ya, definitely crooks in my opinion. I started a shitlist here where I gave proof of incompetence and they never responded and Tony is now temp banned.

Definitely watch out for these guys (Roman and Tony) XtremeRank and RankUsNow. They are thieves, they took my money and did no work and its clear they knew they were guilty, given they were warned, saw the thread and then never gave anything after that because they had nothing.

Just seeing this now. Yeah I left them at the end of October and closed the thread soon after - thread wasn't staying open in my name when I'd left the company. There was no issues like this back then, the last few pages of the thread here were full of praise and solid feedback. They had planned to re-open in Tony's name as I remember, not sure what the hell happened with them after that.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having, I know Dagreyon and Userbanned were with xtreme rank not rankusnow. However boobooboy you especially, you have been a client of mine in many services over the years, please reach out to me here on the forum, I had no part in this but I'd like to help in some way if I can.

Customer service has always been a staple of mine, so this shit annoys the hell out of me. I've tried to encourage these guys to engage with Dagreyon (even though he was in xtreme rank not rankusnow) the past few days and clear their name.. they don't seem to care. My advice for anyone not getting a reply on support is simple - charge back through your CC or paypal.. as a seller I hate this but if you're not replying to your clients then that's what happens.. you'll get some attention from them then I bet.

They don't give a shit about your rankings, because they never even check them, every week they are sending me automated ranking report which shows N/A for all keywords.

I am so mad abut wasted time and money so i am going to rank this thread for 'rankusnow' and 'rankusnow review' so everyone can read honest reviews here before decide hiring them.

Please do. Their other website is Xtemerank.com / XtremeRank / XtremeRank Review. They are a complete scam, I had 3 people PM me saying they had the same experience.
