Getting amazon SES accounts and raising limits successfully

I think it is straight forward how to raise the limits. Look at their documentation. Instead of using SES for spamming I would rent a dedicated server from a tolerant hosting provider. To prevent hassle.

when i was still fiddling with things i could do with aws ec2 i built a mail server with squirrmail just for experiment
i want to know would one still need a SES with squirrmail, just want to know

The biggest problem with mail server is your mails can be marked as spam
