Dropshipping Unlicensed Merchandise

Ok so I have seen so many examples of dupes of company products that are officially licensed merchandise but there are dropshippers selling unlicensed merchandise on their site. How do they get away with it? Am I missing something?

The dropshippers probably live or incorporated in countries that give zero fucks about copyright/trademark law or where it's ridiculously hard to sue.

It's not a theory, most of the dropshippers are from China. China doesn't give a shit about copyright or trademarks.

To be safe one could use a paypal from another country or other payment method (like bitcoin) as well as using webhosting that does not care about it.

So in that case if you're using paypal, would you need a bank account in a different country too? A lot of people don't like bitcoin in purchasing hard goods and prefer paypal. And is there a good way to find hosts that don't care?

you dont need a bank account to cash out paypal, there are verious other methods (also exchangers).
