ugh, i applied to a few cpa networks, but atm only got accepted by one, coprosper, but it seems as though you have to fill out another form after you submit your e-mail address which is a pain because i know for a fact that that today there were at 92 people that visited at least one of my "varification links" yet i made no $$$. I am just guessing that it is because the ones i put up are not one page e-mail submit?

can someone please be kind to tell me which cpa networks has the one page e-mail submit (as in you get paied after they type in their e-mail address, no other forms needed to fill out)?

Add this code somewhere:

This will detect is your visitor has javascript disabled, and in that case redirect them to fuckoff.html

Depending on the company blanking referrers these days raises red flags and you risk being examined more closely.

When you're new to the company you should fake the referrer.
Look for the free CPA Redirector on this board.

To pull this off you'll need 2 domains.
One blackhat with the codebreaker script and one whitehat to serve as a legit front.

You don't even have to use the redirect if you don't want to.
Make your whitehat site nice and clean and add your CPA offers.
Instruct your visitors on your lockbox (with the link going to your WH site) to click one of the ads on your whitehat site and you'll be surprised how many will follow that just to get to the goodies....

I think key to this method is really finding populated forums on your niche of choice, else you're gonna struggle on traffic.

Filling out your own offers is a very bad idea. Get legit traffic to your offer as well as black hat traffic and you'll be ok

You could have BHCB unlock if you want.
If it never unlocked, the person would rage nd shit.
Let it unlock and say "If these accounts don't work, someone else beat it to ya, e-mail me at [email protected] for a PERSONAL account."

Are u saying that when u test ur site the lock goes off then doesnt come back when u refresh?...if u are...then set the code to lock everytime a person comes back to the site...i think the default is set to 1000 days...set it to 0...or if u wanna make sure the lock is working just go to ur site in IE or chrome or any other browser...just remember...once it unlocks in that browser, depending on how long u have it set to...it wont re-lock until that amount of time has elasped.
