It's not just another regular theme that you will get from most of the other services in here.
SeoPublicist use a mainstream theme but he modifies the theme a lot, you can't see that it's a regular theme.
Logotype is simple and clean, suits the website.
All the necessary plugins are installed and ready.

I have payed $3 per 100 words and gotten worse articles, so just buying the articles I received would cost me almost as much as the total cost of this service.
The articles I received are spot on.
Images and/or videos in every article.
Really nice comments added, I hate doing comments my self, think its way hard to write comments to my own articles so this was something I really appreciated.
In total I got more words then he promised I would get so I am HAPPY!

Review;

I ordered and paid for the site a couple of weeks ago, the communication was second to none from the start.

Keywords, niche selection ideas etc were all top notch, I really was torn between which to go for ( to the point I have asked for the second niche to be reserved as I am going to order a second site ).

The site looks fabulous, unique header and it ' looks the business ', nicely laid out, good images and the articles are exceptionally well written. This is the difference between buying cheap and shoddy rubbish, compared to paying that little bit extra for a really good, professional service.

This service is not the cheapest, but you get a hell of a lot of bang for your buck here. If you can't see the value, don't buy. Compared to some of the sites I have purchased recently, this service is head & shoulders above the others.

This is by far one of the best site build services I have come across on BHW and I will be ordering more sites.

I was one of the lucky first orders of SeoPublicist, here my (late) review (sorry for being so late and excuse my bad English, I'm not a native English speaker):
Disclaimer: This is my honest review, even though it sounds hard to believe. I challenge you to check my other posts, especially reviews, and you will see I never hesitate to say my opinion straight out, even if it damages the business of the seller!

First, before I decided to order from him, I was sceptical. Mainly because of my past experience (I had ordered 1 site at BHW so far, and I was very disappointed for several reasons), but also because of the (at first glance) high price.

In the end I decided to try it, apart from his amazing support (it is not possible to improve this further; he will answer every question you have, advise you wherever possible and will not rest until you are 100% satisfied; he even has toll free phone support!) one of the main reasons was I could not find any kind of misspelling nor grammar error in his whole infographic and thread (if you pay attention you will realize that nearly every other service thread here on BHW has those errors). Because of that my first impression was very good, without a doubt about his abilities (with nearly every other service on BHW I was always filled with some kind of doubt, always there's something that does not make sense etc).

So, when I was certain to order from him and after nice chats with him on skype, I tried to pay, but due to some error in my paypal i was not able to pay by paypal at all.
SeoPublicist was so open-minded to this, that he in fact researched about Bitcoins and took my advices for it, created a wallet and let me pay by bitcoin! This was on the 14th of January.

On the 17th (on the two days between he was always available in skype, giving me tips how to get AdSense approval for my other project and answering every kind of question!) I received three Keyword/Niche suggestions, with his explanations why he suggests them, and which he recommends me for what reason etc.

On the 19th (got some problems with my hosting; I wanted him to use mine) of January I provided him with the login details.
Already on the 20th he finished the main design of the website and started uploading the first content!
Told him that I don't really mind about fast delivery, for me is: Quality > Quantity. Told him he should make it as perfect as possible. And I gave him some suggestions about things I would do different (for example I did not like one of the plugins, for personal reasons).

On the 27th of January the site was fully finished! He took care of every little detail, also changed everything that I did not like! He provided a full report about loading speed comparisons, AdSense integration and other things!
Content was over delivered, and I was not able to find any kind of error (misspelling, grammar etc) in all of his content (even not one!)!!!!
He used premium theme, and I think even some plugins are premium versions! On-Page SEO was properly done, and there was nothing to do from my side, except getting traffic to the page (I changed some plugins and optimized images more, but because of personal reasons; I am sure if I would had told him that specifically he would had done it for me as well)

In the meantime, before he delivered, I got Adsense approval in my other project (thanks to his tips). So in the following days he offered me to integrate that as well for me. I sent him my AdSense codes, together with some little changes I wanted (for example different banner), he took care of all that as well.

In fact he is still (basically today) providing me support on a nearly daily basis. I know whatever problem I have I can ask him for help. Probably I will order more content from him over the next two months. Also he provided me discount codes for other SEO services here on BHW, which he specifically recommends.

I am astonished by this service! The first service on BHW for me that was 100% perfect, 10/10. I am completely satisfied, and now I would say that his offers are even too cheap for what you receive (In a way at least, I mean we all want to save money of course, but if you think about it: Because of his monthly limit of clients, he earns definitely MUCH less than some other mass sellers here on BHW, who charge less, provide auto-generated sh*t and have living costs of probably less than 10% of SEOPublicists (he is a native US guy!) living-costs (don't want to say names...)!
