Site has been offline, now it works again. Personally, I hav never have major issues as said previously. I recommend Sharkservers. There have been some problems, but:
1) caused by idiots overloading the system
2)temporary issues that are solved really fast
3) lately the migration is causing problems, but they are doing it to provide a better service in the future, so...good work sharkservers.

Also, people who starts talking sh*t about this service because it has problems for two days while the rest of the time works perfectly...damn noobs.

Hope SharkServers lives long.

P.S. About the charge on High priority tickets. They made this move to avoid idiots abusing the ticket system. If your problem is really big, then don't be afraid to open an HIGH priority system, nobody will charge you.
Use a little bit of brain.

You obviously haven't had "someone" accidentally delete the container holding all your important information and anything you uploaded to your server.

I have 6 VPS with them, but last month one of my VPS was suspended cause overload monthly bandwidth, So I wait them re-active that vps next month, but ater 15 days later, they still keep my VPS suspended status. And in three weeks , they didn't give me any response. I don't care upgrade the vps and pay more to them, but I really hope they can give me a response, I have wait 3 weeks, and I don't say "sh*t " or "sp*m", if you guys wait 3 weeks , I think you will mad and angry.

they are a good hosting & server provider , but these days they will not answer with you tickets, even when they make mistake to suspended your server, they ignore my tickets.

bought shared hosting 2 days ago. installed new WP, right away the site wouldnt load on chrome. loaded slow on FF, thought it just needed time because it was new site or something,

so 2 days later and my site wont load 80% of the time, it times out, and when it does load it takes 3+ mins to load the homepage, and the sites speed is 98% slower than the rest of the web.. even though the entirety of my sites content = 15 low quality photos :/

please fix sharkservers!

thought i would update, the last 6 days there has been a massive improvement in site speed, and it also hasn't gone down once since my last post.

hopefully these problems were just a once off

I have a ticket opened since 7th feb 2016 out of 15-20 odd replies of mine there is just reply once. Service keeps going off and on, I had paid for 4GB RAM & 100 GB HDD which was downgraded to 2 GB RAM & 25 GB HDD, on claiming on ticket they upgraded it back to 4GB RAM & 50GB HDD which I am still not convinced with but the IP of VPS still wrong as I can't access either the VPS or site. Lost all data about 98GB which was saved on the VPS & response still remains nil.

So I just made a quick research. A DMCa ignored service was offered by user RMX in 2013. Same user offered the service in 2012. Both threads have been closed.
If you click on 2013 thread, it sends you to rmxdotcom which sends you to sharkserversdotcodotuk

Imho they are the same people. Also, the lack of answers, compared to not a long time ago, is at least troubling. I would like to hear from them!

Back to the actual service, I have only one big problem at the moment. I am on Aurora server, and its LOAD is 157!! When it used to be smooth, load was around 10 or so. Other servers are not even that much loaded. I have no idea what's going on, again, it would be nice to hear something from them, anything!

I'm having similar experiences as the people above me. Shark Servers used to be great, fast servers and fast support. Now my hosting is slow (especially during weekends) and the support hasn't replied to my ticket that's now 13 days old...

Aurora server is back on a very good load now (23 compared to over 100 of past days). Hopefully all the problems have been fixed
