Hi, we have used the method with AdSense and the plugin is used to display AdSense ads although I couldn't tell you for sure if either of these is against the AdSense T&C's in any way as neither of these are dedicated towards AdSense. AdSense can change their T&C's at any time so we don't tell people that the plugin or traffic method is AdSense friendly just in case AdSense decide to change parts of their T&C's at some point.

Hi, you will need to add the domains to web hosting and install WP on to each of them. From there you will need some content for it but depending how you're getting traffic you could use any content you want. You then have a site that looks legit and fit for purpose

From there you simply tell the plugin what ads you want to show to your mobile traffic.
