I recently made a fresh ebay account using a VPN because I have been previously suspended. And to my surprise, The first account I created had a selling limit of 25K, or 1,000 items I could have listed. Not knowing how use the ebay properly, they obviously suspended this one as well. It took about 7 days but I lolly-gagged around and could have actually profited from it. But my question is, do anyone know any type of requirements for this to happen. Ex. do the person information go with their credit score, or anything of that nature. I've created over 100 ebays within 3 yrs and never had one with a 25k spending limit.

Nah thats the thing, I recently made the account (at least two weeks ago) once I purchased a VPN to sell on a different ip. It's strange cause as I've said before, I have created tons of ebay accounts with below average selling limits of 500 or 5 items, $1,000 but nothing reaching 25K.
So you've gotten several accounts with 25k limits, what special did you do beside the original addresses? Cause I'm using addresses that match the persons First and Last name. The number I use to verify me selling on ebay was mine (and neither of which is from the same location).
Edit: Like I just made another account and the limit was 500 or 5 items.

Yea but thats the thing, The number I used to verify me selling to actually list the item was used but probably more than 3 yrs ago. Then I used it again last week. Any other number I use to list items result in 500 or 5 items (These numbers come from textplus, burner, or echophone). So maybe unverified numbers result in a lesser selling limit than actually numbers?..
