Hello guys, found great stuff here and this is one of my first projects after I learned much about domains, authority, seo in general.

Like I am type of person which do not want to waste my time waiting to see any results from tiered linkbuilding, building pbn etc...I want quick results (results under 30 days).

So churn and burn seems the way to go (for me)

Here is my plan, and if have experiance please give some advice.
I was working for an public agency which just moved their business to another domain. They had domain (4 letters), with links from more than 150 strong domains (some links are sitewide), which resulted in pr7, da35 and pa36, cf,tf over 30. The domain is in G index for more than 15 years.
Now, I own that domain, and do not know what to do with it. For now I put wordpress on it and added some content (15 human made articles in different niche the domain was).
My plan is to run GSA on my vps (with garbage filters on - btw I own hq 600000 filtered link list) and see what will happen.
I know that c'n'b game changed from 2014 but throwing 100-200k links/month to this type of domain will do the magic. Sape is not needed here (imo), because the domain has strong authority.

The goal is to rank 3 of those 15 articles.

Also if you have a better idea, please advice (also I am thinking of jv if anyone has interest)

You are adding articles in different niches than the original niche of the domain? That's never a good idea to use old domains as.

to Piree

Hm, but many anchors (more than 90%) are brandable, domain name and general. Has many links from gov sites.

Got few PM's but can not answer yet (still have no 15 posts), but want to say once again, the domain IS GENUINE PR7, lost a very few links in last year and I AM interested in jv, and want to hear your suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Choose a niche, add content for long tail KWs. If the site has a good BL profile as you said you will get traffic for sure. You need no JV - just do it.

Its amazes me how people that have no idea about SEO get clients or great domains like this guy...

OP just give me the domain before you ruin it....

PR7 and you want to throw 100K links to it and churn n burn. Not a great idea IMO. Use it for something worthwhile or may be you can use it to make an authority site. If making money out of that domain is the criteria, there are linkbuilding companies who still pay top $ for PR6 & up links on monthly subscriptions.

Heh.I have no money to invest in building an authority site here and while I am typing this have nothing from it. Seems that only eterna gave me a good advice. If I have 10 domains like this one maybe pbn will be an option, but like I said, has no money to invest.

Just create a Fiver Gig and start selling links for $5 you would make more money then you will make by throwing 100k links on it. Just get a wordAi regular licence and you would be good to go.

I addmit that have little or no experience doing SEO but I can not see what could go wrong with throwing some links to the domain. It already has more than 30k hq links, and another 100k can not hurt it. It will bring relevancy only (with anchors). Also will keep anchors under 3%...

PS Reading comments OP give me the domain before you ruin it.... are not giving any value here without explaining what need to be done.
Also i did some testing
- link from homepage to an aged domain skyrocketed the domain to #1 from page 3 for 9900 kw.
- link from homepage to a fresh domain put the domain into sandbox (no movement for more than 3 months) for the same kw.

Conclusion - It is also important where you send the backlinks.

Please correct me if I am wrong..

You have absolutely no idea what you are doing. Just stop and learn the basics of SEO first.

If sending tens of thousands of links was the key to ranking we would all be rich.

Ok, but still no help from you. What would YOU do? Please do not say PBN

First step is to not send a bunch of spam to it and ruin it. Second step is to take your time and make a decent website on it. It doesn't take money to build a website. There is no point is spamming it with garbage links if it has no content on it anyway.

"throwing 100-200k links/month to this type of domain will do the magic" Yes it probably will if your not careful. It will magically disappear from google search forever..

PM me and Let me know how much you want for this domain.

making a decent website on the domain will be the best way to go? and what if site get manualy review? it is gone, because of backlinks from unrelated websites. Also, to dominate decent kw i need to build bunch of web 2.0's, relevant posts and such sh*t which sounds even harder if i am starting with new domain. I am starting to think that people which are criticising me have also very little or no experience with such domains.
Also maybe 100-200k links is too much, but what about 30k :) ?

You're going to ruin a decent domain. Your choice, we're just advising you.

Dude, you could not be more wrong. There are some idiots on this forum, but there are also plenty of intelligent people who really do know their shit.
Options;
Easy thing is sell it, if the domain metrics are legit and there is no spam / blacklist
Second option is to look for someone to JV to build a site for you, then look to sell and split the money.
Third option is to learn yourself seo best practices and action these yourself but please don't just blast crappy links direct to it.

What you are talking about doing is akin too buying a Van Gogh painting cheap, then doing a touch up job yourself using gloss paint.
