Am i allowed to ask for share on fb while boosting post with ads?

Hi all as the title says,while running fb ads, can we ask for ppl to like share and comment? Can we ask them to tag a friend? How many tag limits are there? What are the penalties?
If any1 can explain me a bit about this i would be really thankful.
