In this cases, we detected that deleteing the IE cache and restarting the VPS works fine as a solution.

Remember that the ONLY way to measure your real progress is by using Google Webmaster Tools.
Because only GWT provides the CTR and even the real ranking, according to Google.
Analytics and all the other tools are just for having a daily idea, but if we want hard numbers, the real number from Google, we have to go with Google Webmaster Tools.
Usually you need between 7 to 10 days to see if the CTR is improving, and eventualy some ranking increment as an effect of the CTR improvement.

We dont test Anti-Captcha.
At the moment it supports DeathByCaptcha and 2Captcha can be used because they have a way to work instead of DeathByCaptcha, its very easy to do the switch.
The price now its $36,5 per year. And that is a deal for BHW since its really cheap and it includes, per example, access to a big database (100k) of free public proxies that we check every 3 minutes in average and we count each failure or each success of each proxy.
About the backconnects, its support blazing proxies or reverseproxies. Also it supports a new service that changes the IP every time IGR use it, so its amazing. Inside the software we offer the coupon to get it, you can get the cheapest package that is less than $10 USD per mont if you use the coupon.
We don't have relation with that company, we just discover it and make a deal with the owner to get a good coupon, instead of receiving some affiliate comission. We choose to give this 30% to our customers instead of receiving a comision.

It's very strange - today, these new service proxies bugging or IGR, each second one time I'm getting "proxy doesn't working anymore" in log on the right side. Switched to public proxies....but...it's even worse. VPS restarted many times, cleaned with CCleaner etc. Doesn't help at all. Ideas?

We continue testing, we are getting great number of clicks.
As you can see, this last days we get a GREAT change in our ranking for this same page/keywords that we are giving search/clicks in Google.
This is checking in Google Webmaster Tools (The right tool to check this)
The CTR in yellow increase a lot and as consequence, the green line that shown the ranking position grows a lot too.
This data is from Google, its official info.
*This results, or the time its takes to increment could change, depending on how competitive is your keyword/niche.
Some users report same type of results as you can see in this same page:

No CS can't solve the type of captcha involved here, success will be less than 1% if you try... CS can however be used to redirect DBC to 2Captcher if you don't want to do the host file edit method the OP posted.
New version 2.44 doesn't visit insite URLs. When IGR should visit inner page instead of visitng inner page and reduce bounce rate, IGR perform a new Google search using inner page as a keyword.
Another bug : IGR always report 'proxy failed' AFTER visiting google, performing phrase search and receiving captcha from Deathbycaptcha. I tested many proxy packages I rent, your public proxies, other proxy lists and even my own proxies. Always IGR report 'proxy failed' after IGR receive properly solved captcha from Deathbycaptcha and start a new session. However, if I hit a 'submit' button manually after Deathbycaptcha return captcha in google window (before IGR delay 2 seconds) your software is working fine! Even with public proxies every search convert to website visit if I am quick enough to manually click on submit
