Its interesting that one account is growing so much faster, are you following the same ammount of people every day? Are you getting shoutouts from big users on the first account or something? How many people do you follow / follow daily?

Read back earlier in the thread. I abandoned this account for a few weeks. But besides that, the niche for account 2 is just more saturated. Harder to grow but I believe in the end it will be profitable.

No I'm not getting shoutouts, I follow about 50 people an hour or every other hour and unfollow around 60 every time I follow.

i posted a gig with 10k followers. i barely got a few clicks for 3 months. most gigs there are like 200k followers 1 hour shoutout, while i offer 24-hr shoutout. it's almost like fiverr tries very hard to hide my gig. lol.

I created my page in a way that encourages submissions. The whole IG is based on submissions of people from around the world.

Yes exactly. I don't like and comment. I've found that if your posts are HQ, there is no need to like and comment. People will naturally follow you if they saw you followed them, and they will stay after you unfollow them. Make sure your page looks professional and it becomes even easier. I got a logo made from Fiverr to set as my avatar, and I have my bio displayed in a clean and professional way.

It happens. I made mine more enticing by posting a video with the gig and showing my IG in the video.

I try to manually follow 50+ people and unfollow 60+ people every hour. Realistically I'm not always able to every single hour, so I would say I do the process about 6-7 times a day.

Just hit 10k followers! Very excited right now.

I've been noticing that engagement falls quite a bit on the weekends. Has become a normal thing for my account.

Your shoutouts were definately overpriced and still are. Unless your engagement is awesome. Still $20 is probably too expensive for only 10k followers

Almost all of my posts receive above 1k likes, many over 2k. Posts get 10-30 comments each. Is $20 really too high? I tried to base the price on what I would pay for a shoutout on my account and since I have high engagement I figured $20 was fair.

I think it is not expensive. I am earning about 45 $ for each shoutout with 10.000 followers with a company of influencers. Really there are not many campaings, but I prefer post just a few but with good price
