dount about long tail platinum

I'm using Long tail platinum since few months ago. Now it doesn't showing the keywords competition, just showing 0 for all keywords. What is the problem?

My location is india.. yup im using a vpn.. because it is asking captcha continuously and not showing the competition. What should I do now bro? Im using vpn since yesterday only. Otherwise it asking captcha to be entered continuously. Is there any solutions? Please

just wanna make one thing clear, am a noob

thats been said, when my software acts up on me i use a vpn on it and it works just fine [ you can use hotspot shield, CyberGhost Vpn , Hide *dot* me , or even psiphon for pc ] and that is because my country is banned from using google products -_- .. anyways sometimes when your internet is slow the vpn gets disconnected and reveals your real IP, maybe that is the case but if you do have really fast internet then i honestly have no clue what the problem is.

Yes i am too getting same error. I have mailed them. They are saying to wait for 24-48 hours.

i think they are updating , i also use to get same but now it should be ok at your side
