Was lucky enough to receive a review copy from OP as I purchased one of his past services. Let's take a look at some things:

Quality: 9/10. Great attention to detail.

Content: 8.5/10. It is spun, but very well. They use wordai which is the best spinner.

Rankings: 9.5/10 I ran this service on my tier 1 properties and have already seen improvements. This is the perfect service for that and I wouldn't hesitate to beef up my tier 1 with this in the future.

Overall: It's a solid service and definitely worth the money. His customer service is of the upper echelon here and you shouldn't hesitate to work with him.

p.s. Site about half year old and don't have any links, so after submission I achieve SERP increasing anyway, but... I hope after submission, or a little late, site don't dropped to ~100+ positions.

Well, here's my quick review, since it's not been too long to really see impressive results, but any way.
I contacted seoguy on january 9th regarding a rank loss, he told me that it was because of the new google update, he asked me to wait at least 15 more days to see some improvement in rankings. Today it's been 20 days, so here are the results so far.

You can see in the screenshot that the dates are not in a row, I had no internet for those days, so I was unable to update the results.
So far, I'm hapy with the rankings, and I hope that they improve more overtime.

Web2.0: this is best part of this service , they are not like your new web 2.0 with few posts , but they are old web2.0 with alot of articles (if he can have niche web 2.0 posts it will be great)

Brand profile: this are small unique description about your site on the highest quality sites (<10k alexa)

High PR post and QA sites: no report for it , but i already see some posts appear in ahrefs (fast indexing) and they are great (high PR,different platform and low OBL)

Overdelivery: i got about %10 Overdelivery on most of this links
