Best Places to live as an Internet Marketer

This is actually a question to you guys.
What is the best country "FOR YOU" to live in and what would it be for a guy who wants :
-low costs of living
-preferable low taxes
-many leisure activities
-an ideal place for an internet-business

I am thinking to explore the world as soon as my income rises
Atm I only have a few countries on my list. They are Thailand,Equador and Dubai(UAE).

So what do you think where you can live a low budget but adventurous live?

Thailand, especially Chiang Mai, appeals to me. The only downside to living in Chiang May would be the air pollution and contaminated water.

either chiang mai or siem reap in cambodia, been to both recently. Beer in siem reap is $0.5 per pint tops. 1 year visa in cambodia is easy to get

Croatia / Bosnia.

I live in Bosnian-Croatian border.

Bosnia tax rate is 10%.

Apartments, food and hookers are cheap.

Good internet.

Any place which can offer great landscapes, good internet, organic food, average 1st country healthcare... and 20%< taxes.. Myself I picked the north-west coast of Northern Ireland!Burren-Connemara!
PS: it's 1h and 40$ flight from London, the greatest place after USA where you can find VCs and angels (investors). (If you're serious about business).
