How to get Jr. VIP status?

Just made this account but longtime lurker. I wanted to sell a twitter account but it says I must be Jr. VIP.

Is this based on post total, likes/upvotes, or some other factor?

Also, don't let your BHW account have any infractions running when you are eligible to have Jr VIP. Of course don't get banned too.

You can only sell anything permissible on BHW if you're a donor (Jr VIP, for example). If you still sell outside the BST section, and/or without mod/admin permission, then you'll likely get a permanent infraction, and then you will never be able to sell anything here. Please ask a mod about this and be sure.

You will have your account with 60 days old and 100 quality posts.
Then you will need to pay $97. Then you can able to get JR. VIP status.
