My site got a ban by google.

Drop of traffic is the first sign of a penalty, however that may not be necessarily happening. There can be diverse reasons for loss of traffic. First off, check the uptime of your host/servers your website is on. If you cannot do that, then wait for few days to see whether the traffic bounces back.

1. Keep it easy if you have not received any penalty email from Google.
2. Confirm you have not clicked on any spammed email with your site's credentials.
3. Search for what reasons google provides penalties. When does it lead to a ban?

It says: No manual webspam actions found. I have this penalty for about 2-4 weeks so i should have got a message by now.

I have not removed a bunch of pages recently.

My internal links are not showing good i think. How can it come i have so less internal links?

Okay, so there's no crawling issues, you haven't removed pages recently, and no manual webspam action has appeared in your Search Console.

I can't see the image, but I've highlighted everything else it could be below.
Check into sudden drops. If you see a sudden drop in the number of indexed pages, it might mean that your server is down or overloaded, or that Google is having trouble accessing your content.

Make note of unusually high index volume for your site. A high number of URLs could mean that your site has problems with canonicalization, duplicate content, or automatically generated pages, or that it has been hacked. In many cases, Google will send you a message when we detect problems with your site, so make sure to set your notification preferences.

Review sudden changes. Spikes or dips that appear in several charts can indicate problems with site configuration, redirects, or security.

Ad some new content, submit it to GWT if it is added to the index you are not banned, if it isn't indexed in 24 hours then you have a problem

This is what you ought to be doing, OP.

Ok i will do this first but i can only add one url at the time? Should i only add my homepage or every single page?

When did this happen?
My site is 100% whitehat, no spam or anything of that sort and my traffic has dropped drastically the past month.

It's since mid jan. so about a month...

How old is your site TriumphWare? Mine is only 4 months old so i first thought i could maybe have a google sandbox. How much did your rankings drop?

It is very possible you have just over-optimized your main keyword. Using the anchor text too often in your internal linking structure and in your incoming links can easily lead to an algorithmic penalty. This has happened to me and I fixed it by diversifying my anchor text.

Lots of spammed blog comments surrounded by spam.
Seen some sitewide links in menu navigation.
Didn't look into it in depth. You probably should. Get an account at ahrefs, or hire someone that knows what they are doing.

Can we able to recover the previous position?
Algorithmic penalties do not appear in the Google Search Console. You'll have to go over your index status and search analytics as well as figure out what recent changes you made to figure out the cause.

A difference between a penalty and de-indexed.Must be a penalty drop but also, be something else.

Resubmit in webmaster tool, it ill happens like that when penalty comes

I'm still having the problem. Not a single visit from google in the last 2 days... it should be 20-40 visitors with all the content there is on that forum. I still don't understand what's causing this problem. Anyone has some advice?
