Hi m8 , I opened many paypals with the same IP adress and everytime i open a new paypal after 4-5 days my paypals are getting limited , i guess im black listed anyway the main reason i contacted you is that i got a paypal which is limited and in it are 500 dollars i hope you can help me get back that account , i expect you to pm me something where we can contact , skype will be good .
