40% is not much when you concider 25% will go to taxes [they take your tax info]

so basically he will get 15% to your 60% its not a bad deal.

And @@@ zebrahat, i dont think that he will be the only one paying taxes. Iam pretty sure when he says 60% and 40% profit sharing, he means it after tax and not before tax.

The quality is judged by the grammar, punctuation, content and obviously the uniqueness.

The rates have dropped somewhat at AC, some people make money in the range of $1.5-$2 some earn higher around $3-$3.5
