Will twitter ban me if i do this??

i want to create multiple accounts promoting the same site using different ips fo r each account. if the accounts are on different ips and the accounts are linking to different blog posts off the same site, will all my accounts still get banned?

That's correct - I ran about 10 accounts under the same ip and they banned all 10 together. I wrote a email to them to get my main account unbanned, which they did after after X amount of days. Now I run twitter friend adder pro with about 100x accounts under proxies and have never ran into that problem again.

The name of twitter friend adder pro had me a little confused, not only would it add friends i guess, but does it automatically create profiles under different IPs. you said you have over 100 under different proxys, did you use any software to create them all?

Imagine having over 100! are you useing tweet latter and dropping URLs every now and again and making the profile seem real?

Thats what i plan to do, hope i can plan tweets up to a month in advance at least!?

I run multiple accounts from the same ip. I got some bans but his is when I get greedy and add more that 1k friends to my bots

They have not banned all my accounts, they only banned the offending ones.

I post every 3 minutes from each account.

I've got over 100 to the same site, Don't worry about it. Just rotate your IP's every 5-8 accounts you create and you will go unnoticed.

I have several accounts under the same ip. I used to do proxies but than I got tired of it. I just focus on one account at a time, build it up and move on to the next one. Twitter is full of junk now and people on the site are learning about "bad neighborhoods" and I can tell they're avoiding "marketing stuff" I see many accounts whose bio links to Clickbank. Ha...I can't believe that people really think that users are just going to click on an affiliate link, pull out their credit cards and buy stuff. The twitter crowd is more sophisticated. They want content, validation and reputation before they buy anything.

I dont think they will do anything, Just use bit.ly to shorten your links. You should be fine.

Sounds like you have things laid out pretty well to protect yourself, if you're concerned about linking to the same site just use tinyurl or something like that.

Right now they're still pretty lax but I suspect things will be getting tougher very soon.

I'd hate to have the job of banning accounts. They must be using bots to report suspicious activity and then send them to supervisors to monitor and or ban. If Twitter grows exponentially, that could be a nightmare. I have thought about a simple solution for Twitter if they really want to improve their ban wagon:
In your account setting, they would have "Linked Non-Linked Tweets" switch. Checkmark it and the only tweets you'll see are linkless ones. That should keep all the purists happy since they tend to ASSsume that all tweets with links that lead to a product or service are spammy.

I registered almost 15 accounts under one IP they are all working fine for me.

I market pretty heavily on twitter; the current detection they use appears to be the mass-unfollowing of people.

A couple of months ago my accounts were banned pretty constantly, I narrowed it down to be the unfollowing to be causing bans. I turned it off, and have been doing ok.

If you need to follow more people, simply open additional accounts.

I have opened hundreds of accounts and added ~1900 people on each, all from the same static, dedicated IP. I haven't been IP banned and as far as I can tell I haven't had very many accounts banned either. Obviously, your mileage may vary.
