Bing ads + LP?

Everyone says if you use bing ads you will need "Good" Landing page.I want to know what they meant by good?How do we create page without getting banned?

Bing in my experience is very lax with landing pages. The only thing that was an issue with any of my campaigns was my exit intent popup. They limited one of my ads because of that popup but I removed it and my ad was back otherwise they are not as "picky" as Google is in my opinion.

Best thing you could do for examples is just turn your adblock off go to Bing.com and search. Look at your competition and see what they're up to

don't do anything against their TOS, seriously just that

They need a privacy policy and an opt in/out disclaimer on them. I'm using leadpages.
