I'm not sure if this even exists, but is there a bot out there that can make your listing more visible for others thus making sales much more quicker? Or something that does the similar thing?

lower your price to where your the lowest. On ebay sales velocity = first place. TRS can be tricky to beat, but at the end of the day sales volume = rankings.

Once in top two places raise price. It amazes me how people will blindly buy something just because its at the top of the listings.

There's fiverr gigs where you get a bunch of watchers. That does play a role in search ranking but a minor role compared to feedback, sales volume and well put together listings.

From my experience title and keywords by far has the largest effect on rankings (and of course price) The other smaller things like watchers, and what not do not seem to be worth my time. Hone your titles and any keyword descriptors, that is where I spend a lot of my time and effort.

Pricing and sales volume is the biggest contributing factor to ranking. People buy Amazon reviews by sending them the price of the item and paying them a little for writing the review, the same can be done for eBay.
