List provided as described, metrics checked through random spot checks. All comments on checked pages were do-follow, DA over 21 and PA over 10 (actual PA, not just root). Viewed pages had under 100 OBL's. Most of the domains required registration but then auto-approved.

OP provided more than 1K blog commenting list websites , I tried commenting on up to 5 of them , commens approved instantly ..sure I will sue the list for myself in order to rank some of my websites ..check the screenshot ..

Review:
OP Provided me all the links in a spreadsheet in details as he promised in his BST.

Pros:
Very organized spreadsheet mentioning PA, DA, OBL as you need
Very high quality inner page DA upto 48 i found along with PA 27, OBL from 1 to bellow 100
Very good list along with low spammed
As OP i will also suggest not spam to death to this list.

Cons:
Lots of from medical related page
Tons of similar domain but different category/page

Extremely fast service. Very good communication. Worth every penny.
