You have to pay again 100$ fee to become a JR Vip. So it's become to wait until 100 posts and become a VIP, than a donor.

It's the same price for donor and jrvip, just jrvip has criteria of 100 posts and 2 months old account, which you meet, so I don't know why would you buy donor instead of jrvip?
