I see domains with better stats than that drop all the time, it really depends on the actual name I think. Plus you say it's an EMD, how many words because if it's three words or more it probably isn't worth it.

Someone above said it best, it's worth exactly what someone will pay for it. I bet it's just worth reg fee.
