Buying Verified links lists?

Is it good to buy verified links lists? I want to use it on second and third tier....any suggestions?

If you cant scrape your own then yeah.

I dont have vps and proxies and for scraping it takes lot of time so want to buy lists.

It is really well worth it. If you are strapped for time and have money, then buy a list. You can usually get better results harvesting your own but who has time for that?

There's a company called serlists that sells premium lists(they were pretty good). You can also contact/PM user loopline on here, he sells a great GSA List as well.
