Well i choose low competitive keywords manually, I do it with my experience. So i don't wanna give any scores.
No need for .com, You can go with .net and .org.
Yes i don't make my customers as competitors, So i don't give the same keywords to my clients, I have a process for that, So no worries.

Well i don't work on your particular niche, and i can't find low competitive keyword on business niche to be honest. And you can check the previous pages for reviews. Thank you
