Where to go ? Summer plans

Ok guys here we go, I'm planning some 10 days trip in summer.

I live in beautiful Bosnia and Croatia and we have great beautiful sea, but I want to take few friends and go somewhere 10 days.

My plans are, 5 days in one country, 4 days in some other country and 1 day of plain flight.

My budget is 1000$ per day, don't recommend maldives and something like that, I dont like that exotic bulshit.

Sea is not required, just good beer, nice countryside and good people.

I'm more interested in countries like Philippines, Scotland, Portugal, Sri Lanka...

I don't even know life cost in those countries, so, 3 people and 1000$ to spend, nice beer, nice food and I dont want to get shot.

Plain tickets prices are not important.

I was going to take my motorcycle around europe for at least 30 days, but I met a girl who doesn't seem to like that and I don't really want to spend 30 days away from her.

I went to Barcelona this past weekend and had a blast. The people are kind, nice weather, not expensive and lots to do/see.

Ibiza... well duh. (haven't visited, but planning to)
