I've opened a ticket I need a reply to.

It's about the Instagram Comments (Custom). I bought some for a photo, and in my Custom comments I included a bunch of emoticons and smiley faces. However, on the actual photo none of the emoticons and smiley faces appeared.

I really want to use that service, and I will be buying a bunch of comments, but I need to be able to include emoticons and smiley faces and stuff in my comments.

Please reply to my ticket as soon as possible.

Do you mean on the device that I use to submit the comments on Socialpanel24?

Because I used a lap top, and when I wrote the comments and copy/paste those smileys and emoticons, they appeared normally on Socialpanel24 in the custom comment box.

But then when the comments got delivered, none of the emoticons and smileys was there.

So if I were to use a mobile or something to write the comments, then it would work and the smileys/emoticons would be posted on the photo?
