Movie Maker. Seriously though, ffmpeg is the best tool for batch encoding. All it takes is 30 minutes or so to google the command/information you need, create a batch file and you're pretty much set for that project.

With Xilisoft you can add Effects in the menu you can add Watermark.
I used Camtasia for watermarking, but Xilisoft is the best.

I bought the program. Fuck that crack shit.

you can use youtube, windows live movie maker, format factory, JahShaka or virtualDub to watermark it.

Why the hell watermarking adds like 300x more time? I had idea its 1 2 3 to add it,and now as I see to add watermark you have to convert each video and it takes like 20 mins lul
