The ones with PA 0 - they might not actually be new, but it just means Moz have not picked up on them yet.

They COULD be years old, but normally they are pretty good and very few are missed.

I wouldn't go as far as saying this would be an easy term to rank. As you all should know, Google puts a ton of weight on age and authority. Look at the age of the domains and their actually domain authority.

I think you should go for this keyword. Create some quality content for your website and do some manual blog posts and directory submissions..

Honestly, I would have to see what the sites are. That being said, you can certainly outrank huge authority sites. The only way to test it would be to try. Just make sure you don't half ass it

If only there was a way to piggy back off these bigger sites and get all the benefits they have like DA and domain age.

Thats quite easy mate.
Don't rely so much on number LTP told you. I used to have 16 KC from LTP and it's god damn hard.
But usually it gives you a good overview... try it.

It's relatively easy to rank but your domain age matters here, try to follow your competitors but overtake them by using more authority link juices.

The BLD(s) are so high..
