Also, the retention rate is absolutely atrocious for "high retention views". I got a total of 7minutes viewed off my 11min video from 2,000 views? Meaning, the average was something around 32-34seconds.

For the retention, it says on the video statistics the watch time is 5 days? And this is when the video was only at 1300 views, so since then it would have increased.
Are you sure you are not looking at the average viewing time of the video?

They are bots which look real, as are all the sellers on here.
If you sell real followers they tend to all drop off very fast

Took another look today. Youtube's panel is sh!t and didn't give me proper statistics.
I apologize for the freak out. I can confirm that the statistics say 5.5 days worth of watch time for the video.
This is very impressive. However, the likes still haven't shown up, but I will be a bit more patient.

No problem, I understand that they do not always make it clear.
Glad that's sorted out.

I'm looking into the likes now and it appears to be your video keeps failing for some reason but others are working fine, there's no country restrictions or anything similar set right?

The only other thing I can think of is that the video is unlisted so for some reason the like delivery is not be working, if you still don't see likes within 24 hours I can either
a.) refund you for the likes
b.) if you can change your video to listed I can deliver the likes plus an extra 100 for free.

I did not set any restrictions for the country. Otherwise, your views would have failed, too.
I'll list my video and send you a PM so you can confirm.
If that all doesn't work, then a refund for the likes is acceptable. I'll probably end up using it for more views for another video. :)
