How far can I push my follow liker settings ?

I was recently able to get an instagram that has been active for 3 or more years, so I took the opportunity. I see a lot of people on here talking about aged accounts, but what I'm not sure about is if the accounts have to of been active with the same content for the last for years inorder to take advantage of the account, or does it matter that I deleted all of the content on the account originally and started over with my niche? If I am able to take advantage of it, how far can I push my setting on follow liker with out getting banned, and that being said I don't want to push the limits, but I'm wondering how much more I can get out of it, without going over board. So far I'm following 800-1000, liking 800-1000, commenting 40-70, etc. I'm receiving over 200 followers a day which is great,but can I increase my settings ?!

Edit: The account has been used for the last 3 years actively, but not for this purpose, in fact it was just some girls personal instagram.

Even though it is an aged account, I would recommend 500-600 a day for a few weeks and then work your way up. If IG sees a 3 year old account with no activity and then jumps to 1000 a day that looks suspicious.

Aged accounts on this forum should usually refer to the "botting age" imo.

imo, you should warm up every task you start from scratch. Pausing an account for a long time and then coming back pushing the fck out of it will most likely result in a ban.

Yes, there might be some tolerance on accounts which were created some years ago, but don't risk it, it's not worth it.

Mine's been aged for about a year. I stopped posting for well over 10 months, then started again two weeks ago. I've followed 5000 people in 14 days, and I haven't had any problem (so about 350 a day).

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. The account has been actively used for the last three years, but was used as a girls personal instagram.

Instead of trying to push it to the limits, why not refine it instead?
Since i see that you only get 200 followers /day while following 800-1000, which is extremely bad followback ratio.
Most of all my accounts get 200+ followers / day and they are less than half of what your settings are.

I think it depends on the niche as well.

I have 2 accounts: each follow 800-900, follow back ration is 45-50% (running for 1 month, 11k)
My unique & personal account: same follow amount, but only 200-300 follow back (running for 2 weeks, 2k)

Same techniques & methods used on all 3 accounts.

Another thing I recognize that engagement only affect your engagement ratio, but has nothing to do with follow back ratio. Correct me if i am wrong.
