What is the best working keyword tool nowadays ?

Hi guys,
Since I left the SEO in 2013, I did not follow the trends in SEO industry.
But I came back now.
Right now in my arsenal I have only UNF (ultimate niche finder) for keyword researching.
Is there any better alternatives to UNF in the market ?
