Was the app a game, I thing games are harder then raking a medium/hard KW on google lol.

I actually just implemented a monetization method on my app I've been half coding for a couple months.

If I remember correctly you used ogads to monetize your last journey, Ben help me setup the postback for the api network just two days ago lol.

Yeah, well I've just got a uiwebview and the backend written in php. If you have it mainly written in obj-c you could make the requests straight from obj but you need to resolve dev/location first.

I'm guessing it'd be a bitch if you're not operating from a server. They've also got an offer wall which is alright but I didn't like the looks of it.

It looks promising and I think it a good way to implement cpa/cpi...but I am not a big fan of a dark theme and having a background, I am more a light and less details theme guy lol.

Anyway, the background looks like its from the Balkans or Turkey

Little update

The app is almost ready, I am guessing it will take 2 more weeks before I publish it on the playstore.
I need to test the app and to see if all of the functions are working properly on few different devices. I will probably recruit few of my friends to test the app to see if they find something that is not working properly.

In the moment I am also looking for a good wp theme for my app. I am looking for something simple ans sharp, I got few in my mind and probably the website will be done in the same time as the app.

I am also planing my promotion strategies and I am still working on the plan but mostly is figured out at least for the beginning. I will not layout my promotion plan step by step but I will share few things that I will do and concerns with other methods that I will not even try when the app will be deployed.

This is a promising journey. Hope you make some serious cash on this one. I guess on of the key factors will be to get good reviews from users in the playstore so developing a high quality app sounds like something that is rightfully a top priority.

Update:

I know it was a long time since I made my last update and overall any online activity...I don't want to go into that much but I can say I was dealing with stuff in my life. I think I have lot of PMs and mail that I have missed, sorry about that.

Anyway the app if finally done (just one minor thing I need to wait for the DEV to be online).

I was thinking of a ways to start promoting the app but its hard if you want to go white hat and that is what I wish and like to do. I will try to stay away from "black hat" methods to promote it as it the easiest and much much cheaper. And why I want to stay away is because its not sustainable.

If I get my dev to fix (its not a fix) the minor thing I just negotiated with a Facebook page to share my app for $20. The page is like 1.1M and its not a target audience...actually its not a niche app so everyone is a potential user.

I am looking into facebook and twitter advertisement but its so fucking high. Facebook is asking between $1.6-3 per install and surprisingly twitter is asking way more. Maybe I need forget about promoting for install, I might try promote it as a post or something like that and try to find my target and get more installs for the money.

As for now I will share it on the 1.1M page and he will not remove the post...so I am curios how that will go and also I will start small with $5 budget a days with FB ads and customize it to see if I have improvements.


That's it for now, I guess I will have updates more often from now on.
