How do you guys gain followers?

I'm making such a low amount of followers a day, like 20 or 30. I admit it's the first time i work with social media so i'm not sure if this is what i should be getting. How can i increase the amount of followers i gain per day? I don't use bots, i upload a high quality video or image every 2 or 3 hours, i'm on the adult niche. Is there a way to buy shotouts here? Is it worth it?

lots of content through ifttt, engaging with followers, follow a lot at peak hours, come up with a niche within porn there is pretty much infinite niches its like phone numbers.

Well here is what I do:
1) I create a fanpage/account using the name 'free' whatever. For example 'free weight loss tips' or 'free English lessons.'
2) I do a fiverr gig getting some fans, and then let the page grow. Dripping post to that fanpage hwoever you like.
After a while they get big, and then you can change the name of your group/fanpage or whatever to anything you want, as its not against the rules.
I actually even did this for my own English school fanpage and the fanpage is still growing.

1) Decide on a niche for your blog. Then leave your account alone for 24+ hours.
2) Queue up a bunch of Pictures related to your niche, at least 3 a day.
3) Once you have at least 20+ good niche-related pictures posted, search for other people to follow. Do a search for your niche's keywords and look for *Recent* posts with at least 10 notes on them. Go in the notes and follow all of the users. You can Like all the posts you want to target first.
4) Go into your Likes and click on the notes for each post and click the Plus signs to follow everyone.
5) Follow 200 people a day.
6) Repeat 3-5 until you've followed 5000 people.
7) Keep queuing up good images related to your niche. I found that about 2% of my followers will engage with every post I make and I'll gain a new follower for roughly every 20-50 notes I receive on any post, but your numbers may vary.

Engage your viewers by posting quality content/ pictures. Interact. Follow. Don't spam, but communicate with others through your webpage. Adult content is all over the internet, what makes yours special. Preferably, move to other choices as well!
