YouTube account from 2007

I just recovered a yt account I created in 2007. Couple of high school videos from my old SonyEricson Walkman, nothing more. Wondering is this any advantage, since I am not in the YT game? Thanks.

It's a big advantage if you're using AdSense ads on your videos. Your videos will be imediately approved for using ads on them. If it was a new account, you'll have to wait until YouTube approves your videos, which is pain in the a**, because you have to submit all kinds of documents to them to prove that you have the right to use the video and the audio!

I think a lot of people doing YouTube AdSense would be interested in buying your account.

Yes it is. Like I said, couple of personal videos. Nothing that would brake any rules.

Thanks for the info! I'm not into YT, but I might give it a shot. I only used adsense before on a blog. Nothing after that. And that was like 2008 or 09. Not sure.

Now I'm thinking of using popular clip compilations and editing it down so they are my country-friendly.

I guess I better start reading this thread.
